By accessing or using AnythingText ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AnythingText provides optical character recognition (OCR) services that convert images, screenshots, and documents into editable text using AWS Textract technology. The Service includes both free and paid tiers with varying capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your access or use the Service on behalf of unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your files or extracted text. The Service, its design, and underlying technology are the property of AnythingText.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

AnythingText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
