Is this a subscription?

No. You make a one-time payment for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel later.

Do credits expire?

No. Your credits remain on your account even when Pro is not active. Unused credits carry forward indefinitely.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email cholo.asis@qnsub.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case if the tool failed to deliver what was advertised.

Can I extend my Pro plan?

Yes! If you purchase again while your Pro plan is still active, the new months will be added on top of your existing expiry date.

What are credits?

Credits are used for AI-powered and CPU-intensive tools (like AI text generation, face detection, etc.). Each Pro month includes 100 credits. Unused credits carry over as long as your account exists.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your Pro access pauses. Your account, history, and remaining credits are preserved, while paid tools stay locked until you activate Pro again.
