Is this a subscription?

No. You make a one-time payment for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel later.

Do credits expire?

No. Your credits remain on your account as long as the account exists — even if you revert to Free. Unused credits carry forward indefinitely.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email cholo.asis@qnsub.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case if the tool failed to deliver what was advertised.

Can I extend my Pro plan?

Yes! If you purchase again while your Pro plan is still active, the new months will be added on top of your existing expiry date.

What are credits?

Credits are used for AI-powered and CPU-intensive tools (like AI text generation, face detection, etc.). Each Pro month comes with 100 free credits. Unused credits carry over as long as your account is active.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your account will revert to the Free plan. All your data, history, and remaining credits will be preserved — you just won't have access to Pro features until you upgrade again.
